The one postage charge is paid no matter how many masks are purchased
DISPATCH TIME IS USUALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS AS SOME OF THESE MASKS ARE HAND CRAFTED.
Shipping and Delivery through Royal Mail
Special Delivery (£6.99)**Please note that your parcel will be delivered on the date as shown in the postage options - up to 3pm ( Saturday delivery not included )
We use Royal Mail to send all our parcels including next day delivery. Recorded and next day delivery require a signature so it is advisable to give us an address with someone at home or a work address to sign for it.

Orders which are sent first class can take between 1- 2 days arrive( please note that delays are usual during the Christmas period). Please remember this is not a guaranteed service and if your order is needed for a specific date less than a week away, we recommend the Special Delivery service if you want peace of mind
Paypal have changed their confirmation email to you which states that delivery can only be to your cardholder address. Please note that we will deliver to the shipping address that you fill in on your order form from this web site. Please email if you require any changes
Orders which have not arrived
We have been sending parcels using Royal Mail for several years. Please take note of the following information which will help in tracking your order:
Make sure that none of your neighbours could recieved your order when you were out. Also check to see if a card has been left for you with arrangements to re-deliver your order (this card does not always get left by Royal Mail) but more often than not,your order will have been taken to your local postal depot where it will sit until called for
Please remember the only guaranteed delivery service is the special delivery service- if your order was a special delivery then we will have emailed you the tracking number. You will be to able to trace its progress on the Royal Mail web site. Please ensure you are in to sign for it as if you are out it will be returned to the sorting office.
Proof of posting is kept for each parcel that is dispatched.
ONCE DISPATCHED YOUR PARCEL IS IN THE HANDS OF ROYAL MAIL. WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY TIMES. IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES AFTER YOUR EVENT YOU MAY RETURN IT TO US FOR A REFUND (please see the returns section)

We ship worldwide - orders to the US usually take 7-9 working days subject to customs clearance
To the rest of Europe -approx-7 working days - longer over the Christmas period
To the rest of the world - 7-14 working days longer over the Christmas period

Your package may be delayed by UK or your country's customs. There is no way to speed up this process - these are random checks by Government.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR UK ( 21 days for outside uk )
Items returned under our 14 day guarantee
Please notify us of any returns within 14 days.
- If it’s not suitable – please advise us PRIOR TO RETURNING via E-mail, within 14 days of receipt of your parcel (include the address paper on the box as this has your order number on) & return within 14 days, in the original packaging and a refund of the mask(s) plus the cost of our standard postage rate .(recorded and special delivery supplements will not be refunded). The postage refund only applies if the order is returned in full and does not apply to part orders which are returned.
- If the item is faulty, please advise us as soon as possible as we will advise on how to return/exchange. Return in the original box with due care and attention, ensuring the faulty mask reaches us packaged as it was sent.
We cannot be held liable for any claims, injury or damages resulting from anyone's physical conditions such as allergies or sensitivities to materials used in making of these masks or any claims, injury or damages that might arise as a result of wearing these masks.
